Over the last few months we have been supporting a longstanding client of ours, Celtic Sheepskin & Co Ltd, on the creation of a new enterprise management incentive (EMI) share option plan for the benefit of its employees. Cornwall based Celtic Sheepskin & Co, are one of the largest suppliers of sheepskin footwear, luxury women’s clothing and soft furnishings in the UK. The plan was established to allow senior management to participate in the future success of the Celtic Sheepskin business in a tax efficient way.
