This is why we have developed relationships with local accountants to ensure that small businesses receive comprehensive and balanced advice on all issues ranging from initial business structure (should your business take the form of a limited company or a sole trader/partnership?) through to planning for the future (does my business plan envisage the need for future investment? What would make my business more attractive to banks or investors?).
Small businesses do not generally have the luxury of a legal director on hand to either deliver or source the advice when it is needed.
