Rebecca Anforth (Associate)
Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in September 2007 and worked at Foot Anstey LLP until joining Murrell Ashworth in January 2012.
Rebecca is a commercial solicitor who specialises in intellectual property and technology law. She assists clients with a range of commercial matters, including drafting supply agreements, terms and conditions of supply of goods and services, outsourcing agreements, distribution and agency agreements.
Rebecca advises clients on a range of intellectual property issues, which include protecting trade marks, design rights and copyright. She has managed large trade mark portfolios covering both UK and international trade marks (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway). Rebecca also advises on technology matters, such as software licensing and maintenance agreements and helps businesses to comply with online compliance issues when trading online.
Rebecca assists clients in both the private and public sector and has also completed a secondment with the international disaster relief charity, ShelterBox.
