Amanda Bonnick ( Corporate and Commercial Paralegal)
Before joining Murrell Ashworth in August 2011, Amanda studied at Bristol Law School for four years where she completed her law degree in 2010 and achieved her postgraduate diploma in legal practice (LPC) in 2011. In addition to her studies, Amanda was awarded the Lyons Davidson Mooting prize for her abilities as an advocate and has also successfully trained as a commercial and civil mediator via the ADR group.
When Amanda first started at Murrell Ashworth she initially spent most of her time focussing on commercial property transactions and the drafting of commercial leases and licences. Amanda now focuses on corporate and commercial transactions including acquisitions, corporate finance arrangements and company law.
